2. Applications

In top-grade fire-retardant coatings, fiberglass, and engineering plastics such as PE, PP, PU, polyester, and nylon, APP is a popular choice. When used in adhesive and sealing agents, a 15-20% concentration of APP imparts excellent fire resistance. For PU, APP is an ideal non-halogenated flame retardant. It is also suitable for use in fiber-based materials like paper and wood products, as well as hot solidifying resins such as epoxy and unsaturated resins.

3. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

Our ammonium polyphosphate is packaged in 25kg bags with an internal plastic lining and a knitted exterior covered with film. Each bag has a net weight of 25kg. The bags are loaded onto pallets, with 18 metric tons per 20' container. During transportation, the product should be protected from damp, rainfall, and package damage. However, as it is not a dangerous product, it can be transported without any special precautions. For storage, we recommend keeping the product in a dry warehouse with good ventilation.
